Fabrice PLASSON, President of Amoeba’s Board of Directors states: “We are delighted to have succeeded with our project to make an initial public offering, despite a context made difficult by the events in Greece. We are grateful to all our new shareholders, both private and institutional, who wished to join us in our company project and some of our historical shareholders who also subscribed shares as part of this operation. I would also like to thank the whole team at Amoéba. The funds raised will allow us to implement our industrial and commercial development strategy on the markets identified in Europe and Northern America.”
