Lyon, Montreal 3 June 2015 - Amoéba signed a letter of intent for the whole of Canada with the Magnus group. Recognised as a leader in green chemistry, since 1946 the MAGNUS group has been instrumental in setting up a range of water treatment programmes for industrial, institutional and commercial applications. This letter of intent was signed in preparation for an agreement relating to the exclusive distribution of AMOEBA’s product by the MAGNUS group for a 5-year period, provided that market authorisation (MA) is obtained for Canada, expected at the end of 2017.

“If the various test phases are validated, AMOEBA’s ecological solution would be an alternative technology for the future. We are delighted with this partnership which will allow us to offer our clients an innovation which has already proven its utility during testing in large companies.” indicates Denis Pichet, President of MAGNUS.

“We are particularly happy to have signed this letter of intent with MAGNUS. If it leads to a definitive agreement, it will provide us with access to the whole Canadian market. MAGNUS is strongly committed to ecological solutions, which corresponds perfectly with our product’s fundamental characteristics.” declares Fabrice Plasson, President of AMOEBA’s Board of Directors.
