Lyon, 14 December 2015  - Amoéba announced today that its shares will be eligible for the Deferred Settlement Serivce (SRD), on the “long-only” segment, from 29 December 2015.  This reclassification is part of an update by Euronext Paris of the stocks achieving a minimal volume of transactions of 100,000 euro per day.

Lyon, Munich 2 December 2015 - Amoéba signs its 6^th letter of intent with Aqua Concept and is now positioned on the German market, which is very sensitive to innovations touching on sustainable development. This letter of intent is the precursor to a definitive agreement relating to the distribution of Amoéba’s biocide by Aqua Concept for a 3-year period, provided that market authorisation (MA) is obtained, which could happen at the end of 2016. 

Lyon, Rome 25 November 2015 - Amoéba has signed a new letter of intent with DREWO, a key stakeholder in industrial water analysis and treatment on the Italian market. This letter of intent is the precursor to a definitive agreement relating to the distribution of Amoéba’s product by DREWO for a 3-year period, provided that market authorisation (MA) is obtained, which could happen at the end of 2016. 

Lyon, 23 November 2015 - Amoéba is happy to announce that it has been authorised by the Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) to start industrial tests of its biological biocide in Canada. This authorisation is awarded less than 6 months after Amoéba signed a letter of intent with the Canadian group Magnus, with the condition that market approval (MA) be obtained for Canada, as is expected for the end of 2017. 

Lyon, Nieuwegein  12 October 2015 - Amoéba has signed a letter of intent with NOVOCHEM Water Treatment. This letter of intent relates to the three Benelux countries - the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg - and is signed in preparation for a definitive agreement relating to the co-exclusive distribution of Amoéba’s biocide for a 3-year period, provided that market authorisation (MA) is obtained, which could happen at the end of 2016.  

Lyon, France, 8 October 2015 - Amoéba will be present at Water Chem China + Tech 2015, the 11^th China International Exhibition on Water-Treatment Chemicals, Technologies and Applications.
